Outreach Welfare Law Advisor

Citizens Advice BANES is seeking a postholder to provide information, advice, and practical support on social welfare law matters in Wigan. The successful candidate will support outreach volunteers and attend community events, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

This role requires the ability to understand complex information and effective communication skills to interact with clients and volunteers. A DBS check is necessary, and applications with criminal records will be considered on individual merits.
