Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting on diesel engines.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on trucks and heavy equipment.
• Replace or repair defective parts using hand and power tools.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair needs effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest diesel technology and repair techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic.
• Valid Diesel Mechanic Certification or equivalent experience.
• Driver’s license, Class A/B.
• PA State Inspection license.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and related systems.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
