Job Title: Traffic Marshall

Location: Bridgwater, TA6

Job Overview: We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Traffic Marshall for a long-term position on construction sites in and around the Bridgwater area. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor on a busy, ongoing project.

Key Duties:

• Direct and manage the safe movement of vehicles on and around site
• Ensure safe access and egress for deliveries and site traffic
• Communicate clearly with drivers and site operatives
• Maintain pedestrian safety in designated traffic areas
• Follow all site health and safety procedures
• Assist with general site duties when required

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman ticket
• Minimum 2 years’ experience on construction sites
• Full PPE
• Strong awareness of health and safety regulations
• Fit-to-work medical (preferred but not essential)
• 2x recent references
