We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Cover Supervisor/Manager who can support our students to go beyond what they thought possible and ensure that lessons remain high quality in the absence of their specialist teacher.

Responsibilities
- Liaising with supply agencies to ensure lessons are covered and updating MIS system with arrangements
- Delivering cover lessons in the absence of a teacher in accordance with the school policy
- Promoting positive student behaviour through developing strong relationships
