Role

Hours for a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker (CSW) role have arisen in the Outpatient Department at the Furness General & Ulverston Community Health Centre.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, compassionate, patient‑focused care within the outpatient department.
• Work flexibly under supervision to support clinical service delivery within the team.
• Assist in the delivery of diagnostics, therapies, day‑case and inpatient surgery planned care.
• Support the wider service by maintaining a professional and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, IT, and customer‑care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings is an advantage but not essential.
