About the Role
Weare seeking a passionate Early Years practitioner who will:
- Support the delivery of the EarlyYears Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Help create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusiveenvironment where young children feel safe, valued and inspired to learn
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities, bothindoors and outdoors
- Provide emotionalsupport and care, helping children to develop confidence, independenceand positive relationships
- Work closely with the class teacher to supporthigh-quality teaching and learning
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of thenursery provision
- Build strong, positive relationships with children,parents, carers and colleagues
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be an enthusiastic, caring and reflective Early Years practitioner
- Have a good understanding of childdevelopment and how young children learn
- Be well organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Be proactive, motivated and committed to high-quality Early Yearspractice
- Be able to nurture and support children through a child-centred approach
- Be fully committed to achieving the very best outcomes for every child
