A Top 100 UK law firm is looking to appoint a Managing Associate Family Solicitor to join its highly regarded Manchester Family team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a national firm with an outstanding reputation, working within a close-knit team of 6 whilst benefiting from the support, resources and referral network of a much larger organisation. You will handle high-quality privately funded family law matters and play a key role in the continued growth of the Manchester practice.


The Role



  • Divorce and separation matters.

  • High-value financial remedy proceedings.

  • Private children law disputes.

  • Cohabitation and TOLATA matters.

  • Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

  • Complex relationship breakdown and asset protection matters.

  • Advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners and professionals.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage a full caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion.

  • Deliver exceptional client care and build long-term client relationships.

  • Mentor and support junior members of the team where appropriate.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider national family department.

  • Participate in business development, networking and marketing initiatives.

  • Contribute towards the continued growth and success of the Manchester office.

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in Family Law.
