We are looking for an experienced and commercially-focused People Business Partner to join our People & Talent team. In this role you will work closely with leaders across business areas, acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, delivering people and business strategies, coaching, and practical HR solutions to support high-performing teams and a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with leaders and managers, providing strategic and operational HR support
- Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, organisational change, and people development
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational effectiveness initiatives
- Manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies
- Lead and support HR projects that enhance employee experience, improve processes, and support business growth
- Champion company culture, engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives
Requirements
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Business Partner in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- A pragmatic, commercially-minded approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery
