Pastoral Lead

Pastoral Lead: GBP 31,500 per annum: September: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Oversee pupil wellbeing, behaviour support, and safeguarding across the school.
• Lead on behaviour interventions and support staff with de‑escalation strategies.
• Work closely with families and external agencies.
• Support pupils with autism and additional needs who may present with complex emotional and behavioural challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pastoral support in an SEN setting.
• Resilient, highly organised.
• Experienced in SEN or SEMH environments.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and behaviour management strategies.
