Job Description:

Responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of injection molding machines and automation systems at customer sites. This customer-facing role requires strong technical skills and excellent communication.

  • Installation & Commissioning: Set up, calibrate, and ensure compliance with specs and safety standards.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PC issues; perform preventive maintenance and upgrades.
  • Support & Training: Provide remote/on-site assistance and train operators.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Prepare service reports, give feedback, and help standardize procedures.
  • Education: Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2–5 years in plastics injection moulding machinery service or related field. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PCs, and robotics.
  • Skills: Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80–90%). Valid driver’s license and passport.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments. Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible work hours.
