Here at ISS, as one of the UK’s leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit an Electrical Engineer to cover several client sites in Scotland’s central belt.

The client are a major Utilities company with an established presence in Scotland, including several offices, depots and other sites.

Here, with a company vehicle, phone, laptop etc you will cover the central belt region working to a PPM regimen with an electrical focus, with some mechanical and building fabric repairs included. You will be given all the tools to do the job with supportive management in place.

There is also training and development available to progress as engineer or into leadership roles.

This is a fantastic role for a confident Electrician to work within a settled Account for a leader in the built environment space.

Actions will include:

  • To undertake the day-to-day PPM and reactive maintenance of Scottish Power sites
  • Ensure routine maintenance is carried out to building plant, equipment and systems
  • Ensure electrical systems are maintained to NICIEC standards
  • Assist with Planned and Reactive tasks
  • Ensure water systems comply with L8 ACOP
  • Ensure compliance of equipment and record keeping
  • Issue permits to work for high risk activities

We need from you:

  • Full electrical qualifications including 18th Edition
  • Ideally IPAF, PASMA, IOSH, First Aid
  • F Gas in addition would be especially well received
