Job Overview
Position: Franchisee / Independent HR Consultant
Responsibilities
- Build and grow an independent HR consultancy
- Identify, secure, and serve clients across all sectors
- Provide tailored HR advice, leadership development, and organisational development services
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, including ERA 2025 and the British Franchise Association Code of Practice
- Utilise the franchise team’s marketing, business development and holiday cover support
Qualifications
- Qualified HR professional (e.g., CIPD)
- Experience as an HR specialist, HR director, or at a comparable level
- Authorised to live and work in the United Kingdom
- Strong business development, client relationship, and consulting skills
