Job Overview

Position: Franchisee / Independent HR Consultant

Responsibilities

• Build and grow an independent HR consultancy
• Identify, secure, and serve clients across all sectors
• Provide tailored HR advice, leadership development, and organisational development services
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, including ERA 2025 and the British Franchise Association Code of Practice
• Utilise the franchise team’s marketing, business development and holiday cover support

Qualifications

• Qualified HR professional (e.g., CIPD)
• Experience as an HR specialist, HR director, or at a comparable level
• Authorised to live and work in the United Kingdom
• Strong business development, client relationship, and consulting skills
