At Keys Group, you will support parents and their children in our Residential Family Assessment Centre. We work with and alongside families who need a kind, caring and supportive place to stay whilst they undergo a residential parenting assessment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Take on a multifaceted approach to providing support to families in the centre on waking night shifts.
  • Ensure the families are able to achieve their desired outcomes whilst providing practical support and advice.
  • Act as a positive role model developing trusting relationships that create recovery, growth and lasting change.
  • Complete initial assessments of the family’s needs enabling you to produce action plans.
