Job Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Coventry (CV11)
Salary: £16.50 per hour
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 160 hours per month
Employment Type: Permanent
Sleep‑ins: £45 per sleep
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young people aged 8–17 with EBD
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young People’s Workforce; QCF Level 5 Leadership/Management or prepared to study.
Responsibilities: Support the day‑to‑day running of a children’s home, lead by example, maintain high standards of care, support staff development, create a safe and nurturing environment, manage challenging behaviours, support care planning, and collaborate with the Registered Manager to drive positive outcomes for young people.
