Hours
Up to 40-48 hours across 5 days a week.
Role: Chef de Partie
Deliver excellent food standards, seasonal menus and daily specials in a friendly environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes to specification, ensuring attention to detail.
- Produce a range of starters, mains and desserts.
- Support Sous‑Chef and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management and maintaining a 5‑star rating.
- Have previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment. May also be a commis looking to progress.
