Receptionist – Chesham

Join our team as a Receptionist at De Vere Latimer Estate and play a crucial role in ensuring our guests’ expectations are met and exceeded. You will receive 12.85 per hour plus a range of benefits.

As a Receptionist, you will be the friendly face that greets our guests, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Your mission will be to provide exceptional customer service, handling guest requests efficiently and going above and beyond to ensure their stay is memorable. This is a flexible position with a variety of shifts available, including early shifts (6:30am‑3:00pm) and late shifts (2:30pm‑11:00pm), which will include weekends on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role, demonstrating the ability to provide exceptional guest service.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Punctuality and good personal presentation.
• Proficiency in using IT software; familiarity with Opera is advantageous (training will be provided if needed).
• A warm, genuine, and anticipatory approach that pays attention to every detail.
