Our client is a globally recognised brand, operating in over 100 countries, and is known for its strong focus on innovation, design, and user-friendly technology.
The Role
This is a hands‑on Google Workspace Trainer / Digital Adoption Specialist role focused on supporting a UK‑wide transition from Microsoft Office to Google Workspace.
The organisation has already delivered some initial virtual training sessions; however, feedback has highlighted that the training was too generic and not sufficiently practical or aligned to day‑to‑day workflows. They are now looking for a trainer who can work directly with employees in real time, using live business documents to build confidence and capability across Google Workspace tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands‑on training across Google Sheets (primary focus)
- Support Google Docs and Google Slides adoption
- Help users transition from Microsoft Office to Google Workspace
- Convert existing Excel files into Google Sheets with end users
Practical, Embedded Support
- Work directly on live business documents with employees
- Provide real‑time troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support 1:1 and group‑based training sessions
- Build confidence through task‑based, practical learning
User Enablement
- Coach users through day‑to‑day workflows in Google Workspace
- Adapt training to different levels of digital capability
- Drive adoption across back‑office teams
- Strong expertise in Google Sheets and Excel conversion
- Experience delivering both 1:1 and group training
- Ability to adapt to different user skill levels
- Patient, practical, and solutions‑focused approach
- Experience working in office‑based business environments
