Site Operative

Full‑Time, Field Based. Hours: 8am–5pm, core hours Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work plus overtime. Salary: £26,208 per annum – £12.60 per hour.

Locations

• Ascot & BMW sites (near Bracknell) – priority area
• Liverpool
• Cambridgeshire

What You’ll Do

• Assist with erection and dismantling of temporary structures, flooring, and interiors as directed.
• Load and unload vehicles on site.
• Work safely with or around plant equipment such as forklift, telehandler, scissor lift if certified.
• Follow site plans under supervision and adhere to all site rules and safety procedures.
• Act as a positive team member and support less experienced colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

• A great work ethic and willingness to get stuck in.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather.
• Flexibility to travel and stay away when needed.
• Good written and verbal English.
• Good communication skills and punctuality.
• Experience in construction or events is a bonus but not essential.
• A positive attitude and desire to learn—full training provided.
