Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Woking for a Café Manager. The Café Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, ensuring high‑quality customer service, and managing food and beverage logistics. Responsibilities include inventory control, sales management, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and upholding café cleanliness and safety standards. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and ensure a positive café experience.
- Experience in Food & Beverage preparation and Food Service management to deliver high‑quality offerings efficiently.
- Proven Sales experience to drive revenue growth and manage financial operations effectively.
- Leadership and team management skills to coordinate and motivate staff effectively.
- Organizational and time management abilities, with a detail‑oriented approach to operations.
- Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus.
- Passion for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests.
- Proficiency in managing inventory systems and basic financial reporting is beneficial.
