Overview

We are currently recruiting for Independent End-point Assessors (IEPAs) who will assess apprentices’ competence in line with City & Guilds End-point Assessment policies and procedures. This role offers the opportunity to use your industry expertise, work alongside your current job, build additional income with competitive daily rates and continue to expand your own skills and development.

Responsibilities

Our IEPAs assess and document apprentices’ competence against Apprenticeship Standards. They provide advice and support on End-point Assessment sites and to the End-point Assessment Team.

Requirements

  • Hold or be working towards an Assessor Qualification(s)
  • Be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 within the Metal Fabrication discipline
  • Have up to date knowledge and understanding of the Engineering sector
  • Meet the criteria set out in the Metal Fabricator person specification

Following a successful review and vetting of your application, you will be invited to a training session for the Independent End-point Assessor (IEPA) role. IEPAs are contracted on an annual basis and are not directly employed by the City & Guilds Group.
