Responsibilities
- Support children in their learning as a Learning Support Assistant.
- Assist teachers to support pupils with additional needs.
- Work with children with SEMH needs, Autism, or communication difficulties.
Qualifications
- Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with children with additional needs preferred.
- Knowledge of supporting children with SEMH needs, Autism or communication difficulties is advantageous.
Additional Information
Full training and support will be provided. Limited experience is welcomed for enthusiastic candidates.
The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and will be required to provide relevant information for safeguarding checks. Online searches may also be carried out in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance.
