Our Commercial Litigation team is a dynamic group of legal professionals based in our Glasgow office. We have extensive knowledge and skills of commercial litigation practice. We are known for resolving complex disputes across a broad range of sectors in Scotland. We are commercial and collaborative in our approach to resolving disputes. The areas of law are wide; however, the core areas are:
- General commercial litigation including corporate and contract disputes
- Insolvency work
- Defended Debt Recovery
As an NQ Solicitor, you will be expected to
- Assist with the delivery of presentations and training to clients and non‑clients
- Participate in the business development initiatives of the wider team and the firm
- Develop strong client relationship and client care skills while delivering high‑quality advice
- Develop excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- Regularly appear in court either in person or by Webex.
- Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
