Temp Sales Assistant – support store performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences and boost sales in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate consistently with team members to collaborate on store activities.
- Show reliability and flexibility with rostered shifts, including weekends and support other stores.
- Maximise sales opportunities to achieve brand KPIs and individual store targets.
- Create a unique experience with every customer.
- Maintain product knowledge and confidently communicate product features and benefits.
- Process new incoming deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels and visual merchandising (VM) standards to drive sales.
- Maintain store presentation and housekeeping standards.
Qualifications & Skills
