• Ensure services are aligned, compliant and high performing
• Work across legal frameworks and with external partners

• Forward planning and service improvement
• Oversight of performance, compliance and H&S
• Leadership across multiple teams and service areas

Member Engagement

• Deliver briefings
• Manage political sensitivities
• Build strong relationships with elected members
