Duties

  • Support the assembly and diagnosis of high‑performance engines
  • Prepare, clean, and inspect engine components to meet precise standards
  • Use precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure correct fitting of engine parts
  • Follow detailed build instructions and technical documentation accurately as an Engine Builder
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
  • Document all work completed as part of the Engine Builder’s responsibilities for quality assurance
  • Assist with troubleshooting and fine‑tuning engines during assembly
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols

Requirements

  • Practical workshop experience, ideally as a vehicle technician or Engine Builder
  • Genuine passion for high‑performance automotive engineering and mechanics
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in engine assembly
  • Familiarity with hand tools, measuring instruments, and safety procedures
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions consistently
  • Reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Local to Weybridge and committed to a long‑term career
  • Experience with high‑performance engine modifications is advantageous
