Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, maintain and organise all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishware and service items
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, pot wash stations and cleaning tools
  • Ensure all items are cleaned, sanitised and stored correctly to the highest standards
  • Support the kitchen and food & beverage teams by providing clean equipment and supplies efficiently
  • Assist with the transportation of dishware, utensils and linen across operational areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen, stewarding and storage areas
  • Support laundry operations where required, including handling linen and uniforms
  • Follow clean‑as‑you‑go practices to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment
  • Report equipment faults, safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly
  • Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene and company procedures at all times
  • Work collaboratively with teams across departments to support smooth operations

  • Previous experience in stewarding, kitchen or cleaning operations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and cleanliness standards
