Overview

Graduate Teaching Assistant (STEM) – Immediate interview. This role is based at an outstanding high school in Kensington and Chelsea and offers classroom support opportunities for recent STEM graduates.

Role Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of an experienced SENDCo and support students requiring extra assistance.
• Assist teachers in delivering STEM lessons and activities to a diverse cohort.
• Provide one‑to‑one and small group support to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Participate in professional development and collaboration with teaching staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

Recent STEM graduate with a passion for working with young people. Experience with voluntary school work, overseas teaching, sports coaching, youth work or similar is highly desirable. Must be able to commit to a full‑time role and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
