Leaving Care Support Worker – Immediate Start

Broughton Group is looking for experienced Leaving Care Workers to support young care leavers in Greater Manchester. You will provide emotional and housing-related support to help young people transition to independence.

The role requires commitment, driving license, and the use of a vehicle. Successful candidates will have experience in related fields and be available for an immediate start. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right individuals.
