About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading, specialist engineering business for an ambitious Graduate Sales Engineer to join their team in Nottingham
This is a fantastic opportunity working with cutting-edge products across pressure measurement, instrumentation, and flow technology. You’ll receive full product training and mentorship, combining your engineering knowledge with customer-facing sales skills to deliver real solutions to clients across a broad range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and managing relationships with new and existing customers across your designated territory
- Providing technical support and product recommendations across pressure, instrumentation, and flow solutions
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead follow-up
- Preparing and delivering technical proposals and quotations
- Working closely with internal engineering and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Attending customer sites, exhibitions, and industry events as required
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and pipeline within the CRM system
⭐About You
- Degree qualified (Engineering degree or similar preferred)
- A genuine interest in technical sales and customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to develop a long-term career in engineering sales
- Full UK driving licence
