Position

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant (Business Central) – 12 Month Maternity Cover.

United Kingdom – Derby / Bristol / Farnborough

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects for partners, from discovery through to implementation.
• Collaborate closely with partners to understand their business needs and design tailored ERP solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, helping partners adopt scalable and future‑proof approaches.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear system configurations and workflows.
• Support integrations, data migrations, and system optimisation to ensure seamless performance.
• Enable partner success through training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional challenges, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for every engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and financial operations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Substantial experience working with partners or customers in a consulting capacity.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for driving partner success.
• Adaptability and curiosity to learn and evolve alongside new technologies, including AI‑driven tools.
