Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to drive real-world impact with cutting-edge technology? We’re looking for a dynamic Retrofit Technical Consultant to join our team and help architect the back end of our sustainability platform. In this fully remote, contract-based role, you’ll collaborate closely with our in-house experts to support clients, customers, and supply-chain partners—streamlining retrofits, shrinking carbon footprints, and delivering measurable energy savings every step of the way.
What you’ll do
- Architect & Troubleshoot: Provide expert-level technical support for the platform’s back-end systems, ensuring seamless data integration, high availability, and top-tier performance.
- Agile Delivery: Thrive in an agile environment—participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to keep our platform at the forefront of innovation.
- Consulting & Coordination: Leverage your Retrofit Coordinator and DEA qualifications and experience to advise on compliance, data analysis, and process optimisation, delivering exceptional service from kickoff through project completion.
What we’re looking for
- 5–10 years of client-facing consulting experience, with a track record of solving complex technical challenges
- Retrofit Coordinator Qualified and DEA Qualified
- Technical Savvy: Deep proficiency in back-end support, troubleshooting, and deployment within cloud-based or hybrid environments
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in iterative sprints, collaborate in scrum teams, and adapt rapidly to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail, creative troubleshooting, and the drive to see things through to completion
- Exceptional interpersonal skills—comfortable explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven success working autonomously in a distributed team setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline
