UKWe’re looking for a motivated and driven HR Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is serious about building a career in HR — whether you’re just starting out, transitioning into HR from another role, or have already completed a Level 3 HR apprenticeship and are ready to progress to Level
5.This isn’t a “typical” apprenticeship. Our HR team operates in a fast-paced, commercial environment, so we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, juggle multiple priorities, and become a valued member of the team from day
one.Alongside hands-on experience, you’ll be supported through a Level 3 or Level 5 HR apprenticeship, depending on your experience and capabi
lity.What you’ll be
doingYou’ll gain exposure across the full HR function, inc
- luding:Supporting day-to-day HR administration, ensuring records and documentation are accurate and up
- to dateActing as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing a professional and helpful
- serviceSupporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle pr
- ocessesAssisting with reward and benefits activities (including our company car scheme and benefits administ
- ration)Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement init
- iativesUsing HR systems and data to identify trends and opportunities for impr
- ovementSupporting employee relations administration with a high level of confiden
- tialityBuilding strong relationships across the business and understanding how HR supports ope
