Reset Officer

Salary: NJC 12 – 17 £24,594.28 – £26,678.92 (actual salary)

Hours: 36 hours per week, term time only plus 3 INSET days

Key Responsibilities

• Provide group and one‑to‑one support and interventions for students who have breached the school behaviour policy.
• Work within the Reset Unit to help students improve behaviour and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to support student progress.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience working with young people with challenging, emotional or behavioural difficulties.
• Ability to deliver group and individual support, with strong communication skills.
• Commitment to developing professional practice and the value of respect, responsibility and resilience.

Working Conditions

• 36 hours per week, term time only.
• Includes 3 INSET days.
• Work in a fully inclusive, single academy trust.
