We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of additional needs across mainstream Primary & Secondary and SEN Provisions.

About the Role

• Supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties, SEMH needs, or physical disabilities
• Assisting with communication, personal development, and daily routines
• Working 1:1 or within small groups
• Building strong, supportive relationships with students

Ideal Candidate

• Background in care, support work, SEN roles, or similar
• Passion for working with children with additional needs
• Empathy, xwzovoh patience, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt
