We’re looking for a commercially sharp, trend-obsessed Buyer / Category Manager to take ownership of a fast-growing beauty brand all of their categories. You won’t be formulating products or designing packaging as their expert NPD team has that covered. Instead, your superpower & focus is all about turning great products into commercial success.
You’ll sit at the heart of it all, working hand-in-hand with product developers to shape a balanced, high-performing range. You’ll know when to back a hero, when to test newness, and how to build a pricing architecture that just works, for the brand, the customer, and the market.
