We’re looking for an ambitious Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who thrives on earned-first thinking, powerful storytelling, and creating campaigns that genuinely make a difference. This is an opportunity to join a multi award-winning, certified B Corp consultancy working at the intersection of health, social impact, culture and communications, helping organisations connect with diverse and often under-served communities in truly meaningful ways.
You’ll work with purpose-led clients tackling some of society’s most important challenges, translating complex health, policy and social impact issues into compelling stories that inspire action and drive change.
About You
- 4+ years’ experience working with purpose led clients.
- Strong media relations and storytelling skills.
- Experience or a genuine interest in health, social impact, public sector or purpose-led campaigns.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
- A natural relationship builder who is curious, entrepreneurial and solutions‑focused.
This role would suit someone who loves earned media, believes great communications should be inclusive and culturally relevant, and wants to help shape campaigns that leave a lasting impact.

Salary of £38-£47K.
