Position Summary
Project / Manufacturing Engineer
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
Benefits: 10%-15% Profit Bonus, Training Opportunities, Flexible Hours, Hybrid Working (up to 2 days per week), Private Medical, 11% Pension Contribution, 25 Days Holiday.
Location: Commutable from Crediton, Exeter, Exmouth, Newton Abbot, Okehampton, Tavistock, Wellington, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, development and delivery of capital engineering projects.
- Drive improvements in manufacturing processes, equipment and overall production efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and R&D stakeholders to introduce new technical solutions that support innovation, growth and productivity.
- Participate in key decisions that impact the future success of the business.
Qualifications
- Background in Manufacturing or similar technical fields.
- Project experience or similar.
- Experience in process improvement, implementing changes, or knowledge of wider operations.
- Relevant job titles: Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Project Manager, Maintenance Engineer.
Employment Details
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Work as part of the manufacturing team.
- Hybrid working (up to 2 days per week).
