They are looking for someone who can combine strong financial control, commercial insight and finance transformation expertise to make a real impact across the organisation.
Description
What makes this role stand out:
- Lead the transformation of finance processes through automation, ERP optimisation and AI tools
- Deliver a faster, more accurate month‑end close and reduce manual processes
- Build and improve management reporting, KPI dashboards and rolling forecasts to strengthen decision‑making
- Take ownership of bank reporting, shareholder reporting, treasury, cashflow forecasting and working capital management
- Lead, develop and elevate the finance team, creating a high‑performance, delivery‑focused culture
Profile
Ideal candidates will have:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
- A proven track record of improving finance through systems, automation and process excellence
- Experience accelerating month‑end close and improving reporting quality
- A background as a Financial Controller or number two in finance within a multi‑site business
- Strong expertise across cashflow, treasury, reporting, compliance and controls
- The leadership style to raise standards, develop people and thrive in a fast‑paced scaling environment
