This is an excellent opportunity for a finance leader to join a high-growth, multi-site business on an ambitious growth journey. Reporting to the CFO, the role is focused on building a faster, smarter and more tech-enabled finance function to support the next stage of scale.

They are looking for someone who can combine strong financial control, commercial insight and finance transformation expertise to make a real impact across the organisation.

Description

What makes this role stand out:

  • Lead the transformation of finance processes through automation, ERP optimisation and AI tools
  • Deliver a faster, more accurate month‑end close and reduce manual processes
  • Build and improve management reporting, KPI dashboards and rolling forecasts to strengthen decision‑making
  • Take ownership of bank reporting, shareholder reporting, treasury, cashflow forecasting and working capital management
  • Lead, develop and elevate the finance team, creating a high‑performance, delivery‑focused culture

Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
  • A proven track record of improving finance through systems, automation and process excellence
  • Experience accelerating month‑end close and improving reporting quality
  • A background as a Financial Controller or number two in finance within a multi‑site business
  • Strong expertise across cashflow, treasury, reporting, compliance and controls
  • The leadership style to raise standards, develop people and thrive in a fast‑paced scaling environment
