SAP OTC Test Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC Testing Consultant to support end-to-end testing across Order-to-Cash processes. This role will focus on ensuring quality, accuracy, and seamless integration across SAP modules, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Review business requirements, functional specifications and technical designs to understand OTC processes
• Prepare and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for SAP OTC modules including Sales & Distribution, Billing, Pricing and Credit Management
• Perform SIT, UAT, and regression testing across Order-to-Cash scenarios
• Validate the full OTC lifecycle including Sales Order, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Payment Posting
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants and developers to support defect resolution and ensure quality delivery
• Log, track and manage defects using tools such as JIRA and qTest
• Support cutover activities, go-live readiness, and post-implementation validation
• Ensure adherence to testing governance, standards, and documentation
• Work with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, etc.) to validate integration points

Required Skills & Experience

• Multiple full project lifecycle’ experience in SAP Testing, with strong focus on OTC processes
• Hands-on expertise in SAP SD module (order management, pricing, billing, credit/debit notes)
• Knowledge of FI integration (accounts receivable, revenue posting)
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, qTest or similar
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes
• Experience testing integrations with upstream/downstream systems, middleware, or EDI
• Ability to create test data and validate complex scenarios
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in large-scale SAP transformation or rollout programmes
• Exposure to complex integration landscapes
