Lead Engineer – West End Estate FM Leader

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Lead Engineer for a flagship estate in London’s West End. In this role, you will lead a team of 5 engineers within the Facilities Management sector and ensure the highest standards of service delivery and maintenance operations.

You will manage daily operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations. This position requires an electrical or mechanical qualification and a strong commercial building maintenance background. Overtime and call-out opportunities are available.
