Client Accounting Manager

Broster Buchanan are working with a fast‑growing property business, based in Central London to recruit a Client Accounting Manager. You will have responsibility for a team, ensuring they deliver a high quality service, whilst also acting as a bridge between key stakeholders to ensure ensuring excellence and compliance across all client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team, providing training and support when required
• Oversee the preparation of client accounts to ensure they are prepared in line with KPIs, and statutory deadlines
• Assist with financial systems and data analytics to support team performance
• Act as a primary finance contact for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven client accounting experience within the property or housing sector
• Qualified ACCA or CIMA is desirable, though significant hands‑on industry experience is equally valued.
• Strong service charge accounting experience, including budgeting and year‑end accounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using a major property management accounting systems
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of building strong client relationships.
