Salary: £54,000 + Bonuses + Training & Development + Pension
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Shift: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights

The Maintenance Engineer role
- Planned and reactive maintenance across food processing and packaging machinery
- Electrical fault finding on PLCs, inverters, control panels and site services
- Supporting improvements, projects and new machinery installations
- Maintaining high standards across engineering and food‑grade environments
What they’re looking for
- Level 3 qualification or a completed apprenticeship
- Strong electrical skills with solid mechanical understanding
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in FMCG or food production
- A proactive approach to maintenance and problem solving
- Commutable to Boston
