Salford — Up to £37,000

Job Responsibilities

• Joining the management team of an existing children’s residential care home
• Working alongside the registered manager to ensure the home is safely managed, meeting Ofsted and company standards, whilst also ensuring each young person has effective and child-focused support.
• Manage and update care plans
• Work with the manager to manage, support and develop the staff team
• Working within a larger children’s services organisation that has a wide variety of services across the northwest

Salary and Contract

• £15.00 per hour, + £75 per sleep
• 2 on, 4 off shift pattern
• Full-time, permanent contract

Requirements

• Senior or Deputy Manager experience
• Driving licence
