in2 consult is partnering with a leading, award-winning accountancy and advisory firm to hire an experienced Private Client Tax Director to join their growing Private Wealth team.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to work closely with Partners, manage a high-value client portfolio, and play a key role in business development and team growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex private client tax advisory matters
• Manage and develop a significant portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients
• Oversee delivery, delegation, and financial performance of engagements
• Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Mentor and develop junior team members

Required Skills

• Strong background in private client tax within practice
• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering advisory work
• Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
