Join a well-established GP Training Practice in Stockton-on-Tees, where you can join as a salaried GP and progress to partnership without a property buy‑in.

c£12,000 per session.

The Surgery

• GP training with multiple supervisors, host medical students
• Very tight‑knit partnership culture
• Designed to reduce GP workload
• Clinical support team: ACP, ANP and prescribing pharmacist
• Dedicated admin GP each day for urgent tasks and bloods
• Dedicated partner/admin session frees clinical sessions for patients
• No enhanced access required in evenings or weekends
• High QOF scoring
• Coffee break each morning
• Affluent demographic but with a diverse patient mix
• SystmOne electronic health record system

Your Role

• Salaried GP with 6 or 12‑month view‑to‑partnership
• 5–6 sessions (possible to offer more)
• Weekly partner session and weekly CPD session as a partner
• Fantastic workload: 11 new patients per session, 3 protected follow‑up slots (only you can book)
• 15‑minute appointments
• Minimal home visits – bulk managed by ST3s and ANPs
