OTE: £46,000 per annum

What you’ll do
- Guide customers through their MINI journey – from initial contact to vehicle handover.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and communication.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring every customer feels valued.
- Stay up to date with MINI models, features, and finance options.
- Represent the North Oxford Garage and MINI brands with professionalism and pride.
What we’re looking for
- A confident communicator with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Sales experience (automotive preferred but not essential).
- A proactive, motivated approach to achieving results.
- A full UK driving licence.

- Base salary £25,000pa, OTE of £46,000 per annum
