Permanent | Rotating Shift Pattern

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out testing, commissioning, and validation of advanced engineering systems and equipment
• Fault finding and diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and system‑level issues
• Following test procedures, specifications, and technical documentation
• Supporting product quality, performance, and reliability standards
• Recording and reporting test data, results, and non‑conformances
• Working closely with production and engineering teams to support build and delivery schedules
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in testing, engineering, production, or manufacturing environments
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills across electrical or electro‑mechanical systems
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation
• Hands‑on approach with strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Experience with test equipment and validation processes desirable
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern
• Relevant engineering qualification advantageous (NVQ, HNC, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
