Business Development Manager – Field-Based (B2B Sales)

Role within the Washrooms Division, covering the Doncaster area. Must be based locally.

Overview

We’re looking for a proven B2B sales professional who thrives on winning new business. The role is high-impact, driving new business and long-term value within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, and execute a territory sales strategy aligned to company objectives.
  • Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities across diverse sectors.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Upsell and merchandise into existing accounts to drive long-term growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision‑makers.
  • Complete and submit competitive tender opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate reporting (Excel proficiency essential).

Requirements

  • Recent, demonstrable success in B2B sales.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term business relationships.
  • Confident, professional, and credible communicator.
  • Self‑motivated and driven, with ambition to exceed targets.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
  • Competent in Excel and structured reporting.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
