£50,000 salary including shift allowance

Permanent late shift pattern (Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm)

A well‑established manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team on a permanent late shift pattern.

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of production and site equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across manufacturing equipment
• Fault finding on electrical systems and controls
• Supporting continuous improvement activities
• Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records
• Ensuring health & safety standards are adhered to at all times

Requirements

• Apprentice trained or recognised engineering qualification
• Strong electrical fault‑finding experience
• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of PLCs would be advantageous
