A well-established mixed practice on the Wirral is looking to welcome an Associate Dentist into a newly created fourth surgery, a genuine growth position with real scope to build private income alongside a manageable NHS commitment.
What’s on Offer
- £13–£14 per UDA, depending on experience
- Stable patient list
- 45% private split on all private treatments
- Flexible UDA volume- to be agreed based on your preferred working pattern
- 3 days per week to start, with scope to grow
- Flexible days and hours- the practice is genuinely adaptable to how you want to work
- Intraoral scanner, CBCT, OPG, and digital X-ray on site
- Bridge IT practice management software
- Hygienist/therapist in post, managing NHS activity and freeing your chair time for private growth
- Experienced team support from day one

- GDC registration- essential
- NHS Performer Number- essential
- Full UK working rights
- Confident in general dentistry with an interest in growing a private caseload
- A team-oriented approach — this practice has a settled, collaborative team and a good culture
- Newly qualified associates welcome – experienced colleagues are on hand to support

- Four-surgery practice on the Wirral, with the fourth surgery purpose-created for this role
- Hygienist/therapist in post managing NHS patients, supporting a shift toward private growth
- Strong private opportunity – some colleagues now working predominantly with private patients
